INTRODUCTION
PCM Series Hammer crushers are mainly used for crushing materials below medium hardness and brittle materials, such as coal, cement, gypsum, alum, bricks, tiles, limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the material should not exceed 300 MPa, and the humidity should not exceed 15%. The equipment has the characteristics of simple structure, large crushing ratio, high production capacity and uniform particle size of the finished product. Different discharging granularity can be achieved according to customer requirements.
Working principle:
PCM Series main working part of the hammer crusher is a rotor with a hammer head. The rotor is composed of a main shaft, a disc, a pin shaft and a hammer head. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed in the crushing chamber. The material enters the machine from the upper feed port and is crushed by the impact and grinding action of the high-speed moving hammer. The fine materials smaller than the mesh size are discharged through the sieve plate, and the coarse materials larger than the mesh size are prevented from being broken on the sieve plate, and then discharged through the sieve plate.
