Dewo Machinery 80-90 m3/h Granite production line work processes:
1. Raw material under 25” is fed into Jaw Crusher through Vibrating Feeder.
2. Output from Jaw Crusher Material is fed into Cone Crusher(C) via B1 belt conveyor.
3. Output from Cone Crusher(C) is fed into Cone Crusher(F) via B2 belt conveyor.
4. Output from Cone Crusher(F) is fed into Vibrating Screen via B3 belt conveyor
5. >3/4” stones will be transported back to Cone Crusher(F) for re-crushing via B4 belt conveyor.
6. 0-3/4” stones will be discharged by vibrating screen to get 0-1/4”, 1/4-1/2”, 1/2”-3/4”mm, transported by B5*3 belt conveyors to product piles.
